On-site printing is same-day by definition. The station prints during your event, so guests leave wearing custom merch that night, not a week later. The planning still happens weeks ahead, because the presses have to get to New York first.
Same-day merch, printed on site
Once the press is running at your venue, there's no production gap between the order and the finished piece. Guests choose, we print, they wear it out after about a two-minute wait. That's as fast as custom apparel gets.
What we can turn around fast
- Tees and hoodies by screen printing or DTF.
- Caps and patches at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods for gifting tables.
New York events that need merch in the room
Pop-ups, product launches and Javits conventions are where on-site printing makes the most sense. There's no delivery to chase through a Manhattan loading dock, no boxes to store, and nobody asking whether the shipment will arrive in time. The one thing we can't skip is freight: our presses come from La Habra, so we need your date early enough to get them here.
Tight timeline? Send your date and headcount anyway. We’ll check freight and tell you fast whether we can cover it.

New York planning
Same night on site, planned weeks ahead
The printing happens in real time, but a New York date still starts six to ten weeks out. Gear ships freight from La Habra, the crew flies in a day early, and art is locked about a week before so blanks can be ordered in the right sizes.
On site, each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits. A two-press setup clears 100+ shirts an hour with a short design menu.
