Most screen printing in New York means sending a file to a shop and picking up boxes days later. We bring the press to your event instead, as one live station beside DTF, a hat bar and embroidery, and your guests watch their shirts come off it.
Screen printing in New York, at your event
Same inks, same presses, same quality as a shop order. The difference is that it happens in the room, as something to watch. It suits Javits conventions, finance and media events and fashion-week activations, anywhere one strong design is going on a lot of shirts.
Custom apparel we screen print
- Tees and tanks: the classic, in a full size run.
- Hoodies and crews: heavier pieces for a cold-weather date.
- Totes: flat goods print well live too.
Serving New York and the tri-state
We set up at venues across the metro, from Javits Center on the West Side to the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint, plus Jersey City and Hoboken across the Hudson. Each press turns out up to 60 shirts an hour, and a standard two-press setup clears 100+.
Quick estimate: send your headcount and hours, and we’ll size the setup to your New York venue and send an itemized quote within 24 hours.

New York planning
Before the first pull
Screens are burned in our La Habra shop and ship east with the presses, which is why New York art needs to be final about a week out. On site we register each screen and pull test prints on your blanks before doors.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for the flash dryers. Screen printing is one of five methods we run, and we'll say so if DTF or a hat bar suits your art better.
