New York rooms come with rules — freight windows, certificates, square footage counted to the inch. We print anyway: a live printing station scaled to fit a Javits booth or a SoHo loft, running DTF, a hat bar, embroidery or live screen printing, with each guest waiting about two minutes.

Why live · Editorial

Opinion · The case for live
Swag desks get skipped.
A running press stops traffic.
A table of pre-bagged shirts gets a glance. A press running in the middle of the room gets a crowd, because people want to see how it's made and then want one of their own.
In New York that counts for more. Your launch or booth is up against everything else happening that night, and a line at the press tells people something is going on.

Real presses.
Real ink.
Real crowds.
Six frames from working floors: an engraving table by the window, a screen mid-run, the crowd at the presses, the sorted run at close. The same kit we ship to New York.

Most New York events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Headcount, hours on site, garments and the size of the build move the number, and travel is one fixed line. Crew, equipment, blanks, setup, teardown and every print come on one itemized quote within 24 hours.
Up to 60 shirts an hour per press. Our standard live screen printing station in NYC runs two presses and two printers and clears 100+ at full tilt, and each guest waits about two minutes from pick to hand-off. Here's how we size a live printing station for a New York crowd.
Per station, about 10×10 ft of floor and two dedicated 120V circuits. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew. Tell us about the dock or freight elevator and send any house rules, and we'll plan the load-in around them.
Six to ten weeks is comfortable for New York. The gear ships freight from La Habra and the crew flies in a day early, so freight and your building's load-in window set the calendar. Shorter dates are worth asking about, and we'll tell you straight whether the freight can make it.
No. Live t-shirt printing is where most New York setups start, but shirts share the floor with live DTF for full-color art, a hat bar, on-site embroidery, and hard goods like totes and drinkware. A common New York build is one core tee station plus one upgrade.
Yes: the five boroughs and the whole tri-state. We tour out of La Habra, CA, ship the gear ahead, arrive with everything, and fold travel and venue logistics into the single number on your quote.
Yes. Send the booth drawing, the power order and your move-in window, whether it's Javits or another hall, and we'll build a station that fits the booth and prints shirts, hats and merch for attendees on the spot. Send the exhibitor manual too. We work inside the venue's rules.
Everything the event needs to print: staffed presses, support equipment, garments in a full size run, load-in and load-out, travel, and every piece made live, all on one itemized quote.
Any New York room that clears our footprint: the Javits Center, the Brooklyn Expo Center, Pier 36, hotel ballrooms, lofts and studios. We print live at conventions, festivals and activations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City and Hoboken, and we do live printing for New York corporate events from Midtown kickoffs to FiDi client nights.

Working the five boroughs
New York logistics, sorted before we land
Printing live in Manhattan is mostly a logistics problem. Javits runs on union labor and booked freight windows. A Midtown ballroom might give you one freight elevator and a 6 a.m. slot. A Brooklyn warehouse might have great light and no loading dock at all.
We work that out with the venue and your production company weeks ahead. Gear ships to advance freight or a receiving warehouse, the crew flies in a day early, and the station is built and test-printed before your guests are anywhere near it.
The calendar here is packed: Fashion Week pop-ups in February and September, New York Comic Con at Javits in October, product launches at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Industry City all year, and December, when every ballroom in Midtown hosts a holiday party.
Our client list includes Live Nation, FIFA, Coca-Cola, Gap and Foot Locker.
