The Far West Side runs two kinds of events. Hudson Yards has newer event spaces where tech and media companies hold conferences, offsites and product launches. Chelsea's galleries host openings and brand nights in big open rooms. We bring the presses and crew and print custom shirts, hats and merch while guests watch.
Newer buildings here tend to have loading docks, freight elevators and house power, which makes a multi-station build straightforward. Chelsea galleries are often ground-floor spaces with wide doors. Javits Center is a short walk north, so a side event during a big show week is easy to reach.
What we run in Hudson Yards & Chelsea
- Live screen printing: a press line for an all-hands or a conference reception.
- Live DTF: gradient-heavy launch art with no color count to negotiate.
- Live hat bar: a cap wall that doubles as the brand backdrop at a gallery night.
- Promo & hard goods: kits of a tote, a bottle and a tee for an offsite welcome.
Gallery openings want one quiet, styled station. Conferences want throughput. Both fit here. Nearby, we also cover Midtown Manhattan and SoHo, plus Williamsburg & DUMBO, the Financial District and the rest of New York.
In a newer Hudson Yards building, get the dock time and the freight elevator in writing. Budget about 100 square feet and two 20-amp circuits for every station.
