The Financial District runs on finance and corporate events: client appreciation nights, analyst-class welcomes, holiday parties and team offsites in landmark buildings and newer spaces around the Seaport. We bring a live station and crew and make branded shirts, caps and gifts in front of your guests.
FiDi rooms tend to be formal, so the station often skews premium. A monogrammed quarter-zip from an embroidery station reads as a gift at a client dinner. Office buildings may ask for certificates of insurance and a freight booking, so send us the building's requirements early. Pier 36, up the East River on the Lower East Side, is the big open room nearby when you need space.
What we run in the Financial District
- Live screen printing: a clean one-color print for a team offsite or a holiday party.
- Live DTF: names and desks printed per guest at an analyst-class welcome.
- Live hat bar: caps finished with a custom patch for a client night.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware that ends up on a desk in the tower upstairs.
Downtown events are often smaller and more formal than Midtown ones. For a bigger room uptown, see Midtown Manhattan or Hudson Yards & Chelsea; for something looser, SoHo or Williamsburg & DUMBO.
In a FiDi office building, ask facilities about insurance certificates, freight elevator times and security check-in for the crew. The station itself is compact: about 10×10 ft on two 120V lines.
Share the downtown address and guest list size, and we'll price the embroidery or print setup line by line.
