Most custom t-shirt orders in New York get made in a shop and delivered in boxes. We do it the other way around: the press comes to your event, and your guests watch their shirt get made, about a two-minute wait each.
Custom shirts, printed in the room
Bring the design, the date and a headcount. We bring blanks in XS–4XL, the presses and the crew, and set up in the space you have, whether that's a Javits booth, a SoHo showroom or a hotel ballroom in Midtown. Guests pick a size, watch it printed and wear it out the door. Nobody has to store leftover boxes in a Manhattan office afterward.
What we can print
- T-shirts: soft tees in a full size run, printed on demand by size and design.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: heavier pieces for fall and winter dates, when a New York crowd shows up in coats.
- Caps: build-your-own at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods: promo items for crowds that already own plenty of tees.
Screen printing or DTF for custom shirts?
If one design is going on hundreds of shirts, live screen printing is the fastest option. If the art is full-color, photographic, or changes per guest, live DTF printing has no color limit and no screens. We'll tell you which fits once we see the art.
The difference from a catalog order: nothing to ship, nothing left over, and every guest gets the size they asked for on a shirt they watched get made.

New York planning
What we need to plan your shirts
For a New York date we plan backward from your building. We need the load-in route (dock, freight elevator or street door), the power we'll have, and where the line can form without blocking an exit. Art gets locked about a week out so the blank order can ship with the presses.
Everything travels from our La Habra shop by freight, and the crew flies in a day early. A standard station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits, and a two-press setup clears 100+ shirts an hour when the design menu is short.
