SoHo is New York's pop-up district. Fashion, beauty and direct-to-consumer brands take over cast-iron lofts and street-level storefronts for launches, sample sales and fashion-week showrooms. We bring a live station and crew and print custom shirts, caps and totes in front of your guests while they shop.
The lofts are beautiful and the buildings are old. Many event spaces are upper floors with one freight elevator and limited circuits, so we confirm the elevator booking and two dedicated 120V circuits before anything ships from La Habra. When power or access is tight, a DTF station or a hat bar is the lighter build. Tribeca studios, a few blocks south, often have more room to work with.
What works in a SoHo space
- Live DTF: full-color art and names without a carousel to carry upstairs.
- Live hat bar: a fashion-week fit: guests style a cap to the collection.
- Live screen printing: for a street-level storefront with room for a press and a line.
- Promo & hard goods: a printed tote as the shopping bag for a sample sale.
A SoHo station is usually one styled table built to be filmed. For something bigger, look at Hudson Yards & Chelsea or Midtown Manhattan event spaces, or head across the river to Williamsburg & DUMBO. We also work in the Financial District and across the rest of New York. Planning a launch here? Our page on the live printing booth for New York brand activations covers building rules, power and line space.
Before you sign a SoHo loft, ask which floor it's on, whether the freight elevator can be booked for load-in, and how many circuits are free. A station takes about 10×10 ft of floor.
Send the SoHo address, your date and a headcount and we'll tell you what the space can handle, with an itemized quote within 24 hours.
