Space, power and a way in. Each station needs about 10×10 ft, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a dock or freight elevator for the road cases. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew.
The short checklist
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At Javits Center booth electrical is ordered through the show ahead of move-in. In a hotel ballroom, confirm the circuit isn't shared with catering.
- Space: about 10×10 ft per station, plus room for a line that doesn't block a door or an aisle.
- Access: a loading dock, a freight elevator or a ground-floor door, and a load-in time in writing. Upper-floor lofts in SoHo often have one freight elevator, so the booking matters.
- Rules: send the exhibitor manual or house rules. We work inside the venue's rules, whatever they are.
Rooms that make it easy
Ground-floor warehouse spaces in Williamsburg and larger halls like the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint tend to have roll-in access. Manhattan high-rises and older loft buildings take more planning around elevators and time windows, which is fine as long as we know early. If you're not sure what your venue has, send us the address and we'll tell you what to ask.
